Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Order Confirmation and Shipping

Once you have placed an order for a farm tractor or farm implement from Strong Enerji Ltd, we will contact you on the next business day by email or phone. Our online sales representatives will review your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping will be charged at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price to be charged to the customer for shipping.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

Shipping Methods

All farm tractors and farm implements can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air, or by international express logistics via DHL, FEDEX, UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address, product, and requirements; we will shortly contact you with the full information, including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight.

A farm tractor or implement should be packaged well in a free-fumigation wooden crate. Usually, we deliver the equipment by ship; sometimes, as per the customer’s requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When the equipment arrives at your seaport or destination, you can pick it up with the bill of lading we provide. We can also arrange a cargo agent to deliver it to your door.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 20 working days of order payment. Please contact the sales department for the exact shipping time to confirm. Our warehouse is open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

By sea: 15-30 days.
By air: 7-15 days.
By international express logistics: 7-15 days.

Shipment Tracking

The process is relatively simple and well-organized. Once the farm equipment has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare, customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed). Shipping Tips

The global shipping costs will rise in unstable conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and some shipping schedules have been extended. Please confirm the shipping rate and shipping schedule with our sales manager before shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax has not been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Strong Enerji Ltd encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Strong Enerji Ltd at the customer’s expense. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
